So the other day while leaving my job in Norwalk, CA I jumped into the 105 Fwy S Bound right about rush hour and while the freeway seemed pretty clear and traffic was fluent there was a sudden stop of traffic, which everyone paying attention was able to brake with enough time, however the car behind me, a shiny brand new Audi A8 failed to see that traffic had stopped, and wasn´t able to brake on time, rear ending my Mustang.
Lucky for me I wasn´t seriously injured, although the shock from the airbags did have me pretty banged up for a couple of months. The CHP showed up and took a report and we exchanged information. I went to Martin Luther King Jr. Hospital in Lynwood to see if I had any injuries on my left arm and shoulder, after that I went home and rested. The following day I called the other guys insurance and tried to open up a claim, but apparently there was already a claim filed.

We went through the usual questions about the accident, and they told me someone would be going over the tow yard to appraise my car´s damages. Before we concluded I told the Operator that I had gone to the hospital and was having bad pain on my shoulder, the operator said my claim was pending, and that I could submit any medical bills however they would not be considered unless the claim was approved.
Two weeks passed, I did not hear from them, I would call the Number and Extension they gave me for the Adjuster but for some reason I had no luck reaching someone or getting any answers.
